The beans grow at altitudes of 800 to 1,300 metres, where they benefit from the cool mountain air which contributes to slower ripening, resulting in a deeper and richer flavour.
The coffee beans undergo a semi-washed process, also known as 'pulped natural', in which the outer skin of the coffee cherry is removed, while some of the pulp remains on the bean during drying. This unique process creates a sweeter taste with hints of mocha, making every sip a real treat.
